Established for over 10 years, Pinetops Health And Fitness LTD have been providing clients within Formby and Southport with highly professional personal training and weight loss programs.
Set in the beautiful scenery of Formby's Pine Forest we cover all training needs including:

Pinetops Health And Fitness LTD has its own outside heated swimming pool where we provide swimming classes and an area for the general public to swim as well as having a Jacuzzi and Sauna.
Level 3 Qualified REPS Instructors and Pinetops Health And Fitness LTD are members of the UKSCA.
For those that like to keep fit we also have two tennis courts and one beach volleyball court on offer. All the facilities are free to our members, and equipment comes complimentary.
